Our last guest is leaving us after a 2 year stay due to a different work location.

We are happy to accomodate either Monday to Friday stays or a permanent guest.

Our large double bedroom has it's own Sky TV system installed and is therefore independant from the rest of the house.

This room also has a wired Broadband connection as apposed to wireless but wireless is also available.

The house has full office facilities if required including a fax and a laser printer and a shredder for those sensitive documents.

The rates for this room currently are as follows:

Mon Eve - Fri morning (B & B) - £35 per person per night - or £50 per couple per night
Permanent stay weekly rate - £150 per week - payable weekly in advance
Permanent stay monthly rate - £500 per month - payable monthly in advance

These rates include a continental breakfast whether you are B & B or permanent guest.
You also get full use of all kitchen facilities to cook evening and weekend meals.

You are also welcome to use our garden for smoking if you wish
Unfortunately, the house is a non smoking area as your host has asthma.

We are an easy going household with few rules and regulations but respect for our property and privacy is a must.
